AWFUL! - RUDE AND INTIMIDATED PREGNANT WOMAN.

Booked Alanya boat trip (meant to be relaxing) and ended up on a pirate party boat.

They didn’t call us to tell us our boat we booked wasn’t available anymore. So when we turned up we had no choice but to come on the boat they just chucked us on. (They also knew it wasn’t the boat we booked) we should have been given an option with all the facts infront of me so I could decide if it was safe for me!

They didn’t even have the decency to discount the price at all even though you bought us here without telling us it was a different boat. I am 6 months pregnant and the fact that they changed everything gave me massive anxiety about not knowing what was going on.

I asked if it was party boat. They told us it was a quiet boat not party boat. But then there load music, And foam and dancing

The foam meant I could not go downstairs (couldn’t use the toilet or get a drink I was also stuck in the sun as no shade on top deck) as if I slip I will get hurt and it could or even hurt baby.

They lied multiple times

I am not happy at all, I did ask all of the questions before but they gave me all false information.

I’d also like to add that the advertisement they have is 8hours on the boat. We left the dock at 10:30 and got back at 14:30 that’s 4 hours so half of what the website says.

This put me under stress and anxiety. It is absolutely unacceptable

We came to speak to the captain about it all at the end, as we did ask to speak to him half way and they said no. we went to speak to them at the end and he refused to even listen to us. One started shouting at myself and my mother in law. Then when I said that shouting wasn’t helping lots of the men started shouting saying get off the boat. This was intimidating and was an extremely serious incident for myself to be involved in. My anxiety was already high but I ended up walking off the boat crying due to they...

Booked this trip through our tour rep. Picked up from the hotel on time and dropped off next to the boats. When we entered the boat we were shown our reserved table. Which was a nice thing. When we set off we sailed to the red tower and stopped for a 30 minute swimming time. The water was fresh but so good . After that we sailed around the castle boundaries and sailed close to the cliffs to see the fish and cave's Another stop for a swim whilst anchored off the beach. Then a sale out to deeper water for a lunch break. Food was lovely and the freezer drinks were much appreciated. Then as we headed for the port. A foam party on the middle deck was a fantastic way to end a brilliant day, trip. We did have one final stop for a swim. Which was handy to wash off the soapsuds On arrival back at the port our pick up was arranged and we headed back to the hotel. Pretty cool ship and nice experience. We got a lift to the harbour from the hotel, everything went smooth with pick up & dropping off. Had a great time on the ship, my mum was sun bathing on the top while I was looking around the scenery. You have to buy alcoholic drinks, but cups of water, squash juice are included in the price so that was nice. I highly recommend to take a picture with Alex, the parrot, it was such a sweetie! Photos are nice quality and it was nice to get a souvenir to remember by. Lunch was very filling & tasty and we couldn't fault it - I was happy about the meal.
