I recently had the pleasure of dining at a kebab shop located in the heart of Adana, and I must say, it was an authentic experience that exceeded my expectations! The Adana kebab was nothing short of perfection—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. It truly captured the essence of the local cuisine.The service was also commendable; the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Reklamlarda hafta içi ve hafta sonu fiyatları belirtilmiş, ancak Cuma gününün hafta sonuna dahil olduğu açıkça yazılmamış. Bu durum müşteriyi yanıltıyor ve “gol yiyorsunuz” burada. Menü fiyatı konusunda şeffaflık önemli.

Ayrıca fix menüye dahil olması gereken şalgam ve su, ekstra ücretli olarak sunuluyor. Bu da reklamlarda mutlaka belirtilmeli. Çünkü müşteri “fix menü” deyince içinde içecek olduğunu varsayar.

Menüde yer alan tava yemeği için ayrıca “1,5 porsiyon sayıyoruz” denilerek ekstra ücret talep ediliyor. Fix menüde olan bir yemek için neden fark alınıyor, açıkçası anlamıyoruz.

Çatalan tarafında göl manzaralı mekanlarda 600 TL’ye fix menü, sınırsız şalgam ve su veriliyor. Sizden de bu şeffaflığı bekleriz. Müşteri sürprizle değil, memnuniyetle ayrılmalı.

Dediğim gibi, bu paralar önemli değil; zaten gönül rahatlığıyla çalışan arkadaşlara veriyoruz. Burada önemli olan tek şey şeffaflık. Yine de mezeler, servis ve çalışan arkadaşların ilgi ve alakası için teşekkür ederiz....

A decent place to eat at with decent prices. The food tasted good and the temperature of the hot food was good. Only note is to let the chicken cook a couple of minutes longer.
