Worst customer service ever. If you order from the app, be aware! I ordered trough the app with the service Now, my order came from this branch. First thing order arrived late, and on top of that some items where wrong and one baguette was missing. There is no way you can contact them to fix it. When you call to Carrefour then you have the worst experience, as they limit their reply to state the poor procedure and policy. Basically they do only refund, they will not contact the shop to fix it nor even try, they will not facilitate you to contact the shop to request the missing item, they will not allow you to talk to the manager. After 10 times requesting to talk to the manager I finally got his call, same reply, missing or wrong items only refund. When I asked, what about if many items are wrong or full order? He replied:in that case we may consider to fix the order. Conclusión, they will decide depending on their mood if they fix the situation or not, in this case you are losing one client for a 2 aed item, which does not make sense. On a side note platform's like insta shop have an inmediate customer service that will call the shop to fix it and they will follow up with you after 20 minutes to make sure everything is OK, and of course they let facilitie you to contact the shop if you want to, this is a proper service...

I am loyal carrefour clients for years , in different countries but this one is one of the worst I’ve ever visited!
A few weeks ago I waited so long at the cash desk , as they were not able to find a price tag and no one was taking any initiative to find a solution. Just let the customer pay and go and you will fix your barcode later , this is how it should be, instead of wasting everyone’s time l !
Then , last Saturday I went again as I was in the oasis mall. First the smell when you enter the supermarket is awful. Second , the whole shop is a complete mess. It’s very dirty, half of the products don’t have a price or when you’re lucky enough to find a price tag it’s not correct ! The choice of product is also very limited and doesn’t reflect at all Carrefour international standards . Again the waiting at the cash desk was terrible : only two cashiers on a Saturday afternoon ? This reflect a very poor manning management .
