One star is too much... Our story is to make a company located in uae and the time according to the contract is 4 week and every thing will be ready but as the other bad review they show you that they are one of the top and they know all the situation and its easy we done alot of this before ..after paying ...all that professional talk vanished... The 4 week became near 5 month and until now not finish..
We lose a lot of contract we already prepare depending on there assurance it's in 4 week and we give our self 2 week extra...but every time the next week we will finish ... Then we go to UAE after 2 month according to them that every thing final stage and we will finish it and done we say okay we wait 2 month it ok ... When we go there we discover alot of things not finish we had to do there job buy our self and cost us a lot of money from our own pocket + our staying in uae we do there job by our self!!!!! We where so much angry ... Then they say we are sorry and it's internal mistake and no reasonable excuses ...and they say we will finish it in one week ..this one week became + 2 month ... Then they say there is one final stage for one paper the paper it took them 40 days and still not finished until now which make the whole 4 week became near 5 month... and above all that they say they give it another office they know and they say 3 day from last week now we are near the end of next week.. We lose a lot of good contract for our company we lose time and money....
We will contact the owner by our self with our lawyer for negotiations before we go and take this whole issue to court and law in both UAE and SAUDI ...
Until now instead of 4 week excluding the holidays it's became near 5 month and still not finish ...
its far away from credibility and professionalism we lose money far from what we pay and above of that we done major part of there job by our self we hire them by recommendation of friend to and pay but we lose money and contracts and do there job !!!!
If they told us from the beginning the truth we will take precautions and arrangements but according to what happened it's one of two things either they are laying or they don't know how to do there job Or another purpose it's only all about money .

After paying them they forget you, indirectly ignore you, the setup was very weak, I’m the one reminded them what to do every single time, company Onwer reached to saudi they didn’t even setup things there, their branch in saudi don’t even know the onwer is coming and do the setup.. they say you will need only 2 days in saudi we will finish everything for you but it’s not what it is, no respect for time 👎 and people and the cost is too high for the service they are proving as I saw by myself..I only paid so much because they seemed professional to me. But trust and respect comes before money that some people should understand. I’m the clear example. Please contact me before you reach out to them. I’ll tell you where to go what to do and what not. I don’t even want to give 1 star but I there’s no option. The manager/onwer is so arrogant if you don’t say yes to what ever he says then he blocks you. We have paid them so much not to be blocked by them. 42k paid.. and service I got was not even worth 2k. I still have messages & screenshots of everything with proof of how they treated me. And I came to know many more Things about ksa branch while now I’m here right now and Not everyone knows.
