The time was 17/04/2022 12:50 p. m at City Centre Me'aisem. I was heading towards the washroom I receive a call so I was talking on the phone standing outside the washroom. This security came to me with bad attitude and tells me go here or go there this is not to place to stand. I am on the phone busy talking to my boss standing at side not disturbing anyone. This security ordering me to do what he wants. He is looking my outfit behaving to me like the mall staff and shouting on me, insulting me in front of others. He can say excuse sir....... but he words are straight telling me go here or there. he is loudly and rudely telling me this is not the place to stand when I ask me what is the reason? He is not answering just pointing his fingers go here or there.

Did he treat me because I am different Nationality or my get up.

I am a regular customer who came for shopping but this security ruin my mood.

Is this how your staffs behave to customers?

I am a regular customer here and I know the rules and regulations of the mall. This security humiliated me in front of others. and other then he is shouting loudly.

I hope you get my situation as a customer I am disturbed with his behaviour and intend not to shop again here.

It's Ramadan time and I hope to have a good day, fasting all day, came for shopping for grocery but this annoying security of yours wallah made my day. I am not gona come here for shopping and recommend most of my friends not to visit such place to make precautions for my family friend relatives not to face situations like I have faced.

I stopped by City Centre Me’aisem recently and it turned out to be a really convenient and pleasant place to shop and spend some time.

The mall is not very big compared to some of the other malls in Dubai, but it’s clean, organized, and has a relaxed atmosphere. It has a good mix of shops that cover most everyday needs without feeling too crowded or overwhelming.

The Carrefour here is well-stocked and reliable for groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, and other essentials. I also liked that the mall has a few nice clothing and footwear stores, enough to find something casual or even a quick gift if needed. The pharmacy was easy to find and had what I was looking for.

There are a few cafes and food outlets which make it a good spot if you want to grab a coffee or a quick bite. I tried a sandwich from one of the bakeries and it was fresh and tasty. There’s also a small but decent food court with some popular options.

What I liked most was the calm vibe, it’s much quieter than the big malls and you can actually shop without feeling rushed or pushed around. Parking was okay when I went during the day, but in the evening it started getting busier and harder to find a spot close to the entrance.

While the mall was generally clean, the seating areas outside the shops could use more regular cleaning, especially on busy days.

Overall, it’s a great neighborhood mall for grocery runs, casual shopping, and a quick meal or coffee. If you’re not in the mood to deal with the chaos of the bigger malls, City Centre Me’aisem is a good alternative. I’ll definitely come back when I need to shop or just take a break...
