I ordered a Hazelnut latte as takeaway. I don’t know what the staff understood about the order, but they served it in a smaller-than-required takeaway cup. The whipped cream was overflowing, and they forced a flat lid on top, squishing the cream and leaving no space to mix the drink.

When I asked to change the cup to one with a dome lid, she brought an even smaller cup, transferred everything into it, and there was still some coffee left in the first cup—which she just ignored. If customers are paying for a certain size, please make sure you provide the full quantity. Otherwise, it feels absurd that we pay first and end up with less coffee because your staff keeps transferring it between cups.

The funniest part was when I asked about the leftover coffee, and she replied, “Do you want it in another cup?” On top of that, the Hazelnut syrup was still stuck to the side of the first cup. So basically, the drink would have come in two separate cups, with different parts of the coffee split...

Worst Experience I had with ordering cake for my son’s birthday which is today. I had placed order in magnolia bakery in Silicon Oasis with Mr Micheal from their team. I had confirmed the order for today at 6 pm with all the details confirmed by the team but when my husband reached the store at 8.30 pm to pick up the cake the whole store staff was confused about the order and after multiple conversations with Mr Micheal they informed us that they had forgotten to make the cake and they will take 40 mins to fix their mistake. My son’s birthday party got ruined and delayed due to this careless and unprofessional behavior of the staff. This bad quality of service and unprofessional staff behavior and carelessness is not at all expected from such a reputed and multinational bakery. Please confirm few hours before if anyone is planning to book cake for any important events...
