The House of piano management was really outstanding in the phase before actual purchase. I recently purchased a piano for my son from the House of Pianos, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff specially Ace Pangalunan was incredibly welcoming, kind and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect piano for my son that suited both needs and budget.

The delivery service was equally impressive. The team handled the piano with the utmost care, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. They were punctual, professional, and took the time to set up the piano exactly where I wanted it in my home.

We also enjoyed the interview part where they taken a video memories of our purchase. Ajmal is really a professional videographer.

I have known House of Pianos since 2018 and I can only highly recommend them to every pianist and concert-goer. As an international concert pianist and frequently touring around Europe, Americas and Asia, I played there in 2018 in a gorgeous Steinway D, one of the best I ever played, and have the best memories about that event. If only all the pianos I find on stage were like that Steinway! The whole showroom is also full of very good pianos. I haven't been able to visit again House of Pianos since then but really hoping to come by again for another concert. Mr. Alfred Fuentes and the whole team treated me very well and always keep in touch. More than anything, Alfred has also helped me developing my network and, thanks to him and the concert that I gave at House of Pianos, several doors were opened to me in countries I hadn't visited yet.
