My name is Patricia I'm terminally I'll with cancer I had 2 boys out at my flat with a cooker and my electric from the cooker fridge and gas went out did not know what was wrong at this stage it was only the cooker and the fridge so they took the cooker away with them and I seen my gas light was out so I rang them back and said my gas light was out so they said they would ring there boss and he came out it was only a trip switch and I said do you want to bring the cooker back out and he said I have 3 cookers they are 125 pound with 6 months warranty so I said yes I want one and he said OK I will be back after 330 when he was in the flat I would not of knowing it was a trip switch I'm a girl and I was telling him I was terminally I'll with cancer and I was so stressed out he came back with the cooker with a note saying cooker 6 months warranty free of charge you need a break have a nice weekend I just want to thank him no body has ever done that for me I give them 5 stars I felt so happy and a lot of my stress just went thank you very...

I’d give 0 stars if possible. Contacted them regarding their service and was asked them to send a video of our place, details of our new place, moving date, and the furnitures I’d like to sell. After I sent them the requested, they came back saying they don’t provide moving services all of the sudden. Ordered a sofa on the Thursday afternoon and was delivered on the Friday morning, sofa in such good condition would think it was brand new, couldn’t believe how lucky I was with the deal I got it for!
