Infinite Air Trampoline Park — Local services in Belmont

Recently visited for my sons birthday. I ended up booking for 10 13/14 year olds as the party option was only showing availability at 10am where as I required an afternoon booking. I booked the jump for 3pm the 10 minute video ate into the jump time. Whilst the video was on I went to try purchase some jugs of juice. The staff behind the counter were less than friendly and rather snarky when they asked if I had a birthday room. I explained I hadn't however I just wanted a couple jugs of juice as I had 10 13/14year old with me. They still refused to give me these as I did not have a party room. All party rooms were empty in the duration of when we were there I did go our and speak with reception explaining my experience. I made the suggestion that if a big party comes in it may be an option to make jugs of juice available. She explained this option was just for parties. I advised I had paid a substantial amount of money to have his birthday there she advised I could have booked a party I advised I had tried but the only option was 10am which was not suitable for me. She advised I should have phoned as there was a glitch on the system. There was no resolve and the service was extremely poor. Following this we went for a meal at a local restaurant where the staff made a huge fuss of my son at the end of our meal and were so friendly. Even a couple jugs of juice wasn't a big deal.

Highly disappointed in...

Arrived today with my daughter and friend. Safety video ate into the hour slot. Clearly states that you should show up 10 mins before time which we did yet had to wait for everyone else so lost 5 mins there at least. Then my daughter went down the inflatable slide and something on the slide tore her shorts. It's not as if they ripped at the seam which could have been a fault in the shorts, they were actually torn to the point her backside was hanging out!! Took nearly 20 mins to drive to Matalan and back to get her new bottoms to wear for 12.50 only for the session to be over a couple of minutes after I got back. Obviously she wasn't wanting to be jumping around with a big hole in her shorts!! So all in all there was about 30 mins bounce time if that. I spoke to staff on reception to see if they could maybe have an extra 20 mins seeing as how it was their equipment that causes the damage. Was told yes ..if I paid another 7quid each child!! They weren't even bothered in the slightest. Very poor customer service. Only wished I'd took a pic of the shorts instead of just binning them but i was so mad I just wanted to get out the place and won't be back. And I think the other woman who was having an angry exchange with staff when I got back from matalan won't be either. Really seems as if they just don't care....

My 10 year old daughter loves it here, however this is a place for children and adults alike, from the Trampoline Park with parkour run, trampolines, foam pits, towers and dodge ball court, to the Inflatable Park with all different obstacles and Inflatable equipment... There is also a toddlers soft play... A drink and snacks bar, a hot dog/burger stand and Lickety Splits ice cream parlour.... They also hold children's parties here... My daughter had 2 hours on the trampoline park which she loves, she was getting red hot and stripping down to shorts and vest as she was bouncing around while I was wishing I had brought my big coat and a hot water bottle while sitting on the sidelines! Its perfectly fine in the warmer weather however I advise anyone who is just sitting watching to put your thermals on in winter! We enjoyed a latte, hot chocolate and an ice cream tub (my daughters.. Morello cherry and Belgium chocolate!) all from Lickety Splits, which was gorgeous... Then my daughter had a hotdog for on the way home... Much fun was had, my daughter loves it and passes a Sunday afternoon great but due to the price definitely not a weekly occurance!! It isnt cheap as you pay per hour. Still, I do recommend it as...
