KFC Durham - City Retail Park — Restaurant in England

It has been a while since I last ate here and it isn't an experience I will be repeating after waiting a very long time at the drive through behind only three cars we placed our order then had to sit another 15 minutes parked up waiting for the meal, so the two drinks we ordered had no taste at all when the guy came out with our meal he huffed and puffed and took them away he came back five minutes later With two drinks that were exactly the same fizzy water nothing else by then our meals had gone Luke warm tbh it wasn't even busy and I could see plenty of staff doing nothing very slow service it wouldn't happen at McDonald's but these guys have two speeds slow and stop there seems to be no urgency at all as for the food tbf it's always ok to nice so that isn't the issue at all it's a fast food outlet and should be ran as such with speed efficiency and staff that are dynamic unfortunately it's not the impression I get I see this as constructive criticism only and not meant to be anything...

Bias senior employees favour only elders. I was in there multiple times, and realised that they dont nearly smile, converse nor serve politely to customers that are students. Moreover, as a student, I have been informed that I can use the student beans free snackbox when you spend over £3. 4 times consecutively, even after resolving the technical issue, they still refuse to give me the snackbox. Informing the lady at the till about this, I was simply told "no." and ended up recieving an even smaller portion of the food that I typically got!!!! Just to add to insult of their competance, they got their order numbers wrong as my order number did not correspond with what they were calling out... Expressing a huff for me not responding to this oblivious number. For goodness...

While the food itself was satisfactory and served hot, my recent visit to KFC was let down by poor service and several order-related issues. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took 30 minutes for two set meals to arrive.

There were also multiple mix-ups with our order. We requested the new raspberry sundae but were instead given a large portion of popcorn chicken. We also received an extra mashed potato that we did not order.l, though agreed not something to complain about shows the lack of attention by staff Additionally, our drinks were not brought to the table and only arrived after we pointed out they were missing.

Although the quality of the food met expectations, the overall experience was frustrating and reflects a lack of attention to detail and...
