Pausa Cafe — Restaurant in England

Visit Darlington Pausa and the place was half empty which is unusal for Dunelm. All the empty tables were dirty covered in tea/coffee/ crumbs, when they did clear the tables none were wiped clean. We asked for the crumpet toast that they have out on advertising display and she said they weren't doing it.. we asked for jacket potato and at 12:45 they had none.. when we finally ordered she tried to charge us double and when we questioned it she said oh yes I have charged you for two!! We asked for a receipt and were told we have no paper in the till.. I am not surprised they want no paper trail if they are over...

Have visited Pausa Retail World Team Valley Gateshead within Dunelm in the past but just for a chill out coffee..today 10th October I went for a full breakfast absolutely lush and the price of same being £2 plus cheaper than other cafes in the area..no wonder it was busy..thanks to the 2 ladies on duty a great visit..to management if people would like another tea or coffee why don't you put a refill cost of say a pound discount...

Someone recommended the café. Said the coffee was lovely. So I ordered 2 extra hot cappuccinos. Lifted the cup to my lips, immediately the froth was cold on my lips. Not extra hot.
