I used this salon off the back of a recommendation from a regular customer here I’ve seen the work done and was more than happy to book in. Honestly, had i not given a deposit i would have walked away on entry!! I booked and explained that these nails were for my birthday so would be something different pattern/gems etc but on arrival it was clear that they squeezed a regular in during my appointment time so was then told my appointment slot isn’t long enough for the design i wanted. Confirmed by the customers apologies for eating into my time for her nail fixing. So I couldn’t get the design i wanted then when i asked for alternatives for time allowing the tech I believe to be the boss) says ‘well i don't even know you i don’t know what you’d like’ in a very passive aggressive manner mind you!! Which i was taken back by especially as I’ve already shown the style i wanted. Whilst i was getting the set done the tech kept flinging my hand around as though she was annoyed my hand was touching hers (as i am a black woman this felt racially motivated). Then to top it off I felt like I was massively over charged- for a fullset , one colour and a few gems £50+ - the appointment was rushed - the nails broke within a week of having them done a the gems fell off within the first 3days. Hands down the best nail salon that I have ever been to! I was a little nervous coming here for the first time having moved from my usual regular nail salon for various reasons, but I need not have been. Angi is an OUTSTANDING nail technician and her attention to detail as well as the work she did on my cuticles for both my hands and feet was like nothing I've had done before. She really took her time and that resulted in the most perfect manicure and pedicure. I absolutely LOVE my BIAB manicure and gel pedicure. The nail art on my nails is actually 100x better than the photo I showed Angi for reference! My nails are absolutely stunning and I honestly can't stop looking at them! I will be a regular here for life now....

For anyone unsure whether to visit since lockdown restrictions, Icey and the girls have gone above and beyond to make you feel safe and secure in the salon. They were already practising hygiene measures prior to lockdown, but since Covid-19 guidelines have come into place, they have taken it one step further to ensure you feel comfortable. Temperature checks on arrival, staff in full PPE, automatic hand sanitizers, 2m distancing, screens between each client, screens between staff and client, tools regularly cleaned and a personal nail file etc. This was my first visit in almost 8 months, thankyou so much for all you are doing to keep everyone safe and giving us a sense of normality 💕 Still the best nails in the...
