Tin Sing Chinese Take Away — Local services in Birmingham

Tin Sing is by far the BEST Chinese takeaway I've ever had. The lovely lady who always answers the phone and greets us when we arrive is so sweet and friendly, and has got to know us now, which is really lovely - she is such a sweet person and it's a pleasure to give someone so nice the business. The food is ALWAYS delicious! Recently I have moved further away from the area, but still will travel back to have a takeaway from Tin Sing, I have never had a Chinese takeaway that has been as nice as theirs! The chicken curry is delicious and so is the salt and chilli chicken. I always crave a Chinese from Tin Sing as I've been going there for around a couple of years now and have never had one bad order, the food is always perfect. Was in Bournville, thought I was treat some family to a Chinese. It may have been the worst Chinese I've ever had . I really don't like giving bad reviews to small businesses but sorry to say it wasn't good ..

The lady serving is friendly and polite . I ordered a few dishes with rice and noodles sides , everything was bland and the meats were overcooked and dry .. pork ribs were coloured bright red but the meat was tasteless and tough , Chicken dish was poor & flavourless Roast duck , don't waste your money ! ours was actually burnt and cut in to cubes ?? Dry and tasteless again .. 3 dishes plus rice and noodles cost £36!

Sorry but I wouldn't return and definitely wouldn't recommend...

It was edible not the best for me personally. However I only tried one dish. Chicken and pork special with rice. I'm yet to try the other dishes they have to offer. Not sure I will after the first one if I'm honest. Chicken was nice and the rice was cooked well but the pork was well over cooked and rubbery. The whole dish was a bit dry no sauce didnt help.
