Great selection of make up and hair products. Everything from temporary hair colours to conditioners, styling products, and great priced make up from about 15 different brands, face creams etc.

I always get my nail polish here when offers one like BOGOF or 2-4-1 and stock up. The Essie and Orly ones last ages.

Also lots of sanitary products and face creams are inexpensive here. Their Acnecide cream is great for teenage acne. Never seen it for sale anywhere else.

I have recently visited and the 'manager' Megan refused to refund an item that didn't work. I have been in contact with Superdrug's customer service team since and they are looking into the problem. The guy I spoke to gave me 500 points, as an apology, so that was great; but I will never visit Superdrug in Sutton Coldfield again. Megan (she claimed she was the manager) has appalling customer service skills and actually broke the law, by refusing a refund.

Go and visit another Superdrug instead, or Boots. I've never had bad customer...
