Pizza Go Go Erdington — Restaurant in Birmingham

Regrettably I won’t be visiting Pizza Go Go again. Received exceptionally poor customer service this evening for the first time.

Have been going here since the branch opened often being served by the manager/delivery driver and a female behind the desk. Regular customers and when we’ve telephoned an order through before they automatically know our address.

Rang here tonight at 7.20pm to be told my order would be 15/20 mins, fine. Got there in 20 minutes and the guy wearing the uniform told me to wait 5 minutes, again no problem.

Whilst I sat there I experienced extremely poor ignorant service from particularly 2 members of staff (not in uniform) who looked like twins talking in their own language but I could understand clearly when they were swearing as they kept on looking back at me whilst I held my 18 month old daughter.

After 10 minutes of being sat there now half an hour it’s taken for my order, I watched these lads talk, and prep other peoples food and put mine to aside for me to have to ask if my order is ready to which he rudely replied with “what is your problem”?!

The member of staff in a cap and T-shirt told him to leave it and go away and I explained we’ve been coming here every week since the branch opened being our preferred place to buy pizza in erdington and I’ve never received poor service like this. To which he went on to say that I should be asking whether or not that’s my order as he isn’t a mind reader.

When challenged he walked from behind the desk without saying a word and went out to a car with several other guys waiting I assume to be delivery driver (why it’s takes 4 of them I’ll never know) but as I expressed to the regular lad behind the counter I won’t be visiting here again which in his defence he was very apologetic but all he could offer me was a complimentary dip for the inconvenience to which I declined.

Shame as I’ve always spoken very highly of the standards of service and pizza served here and my Mum even travels from Harborne just to have their pizzas. Oh and may I add I asked for half jalapeños on my pizza so that the kids could enjoy eating some, got home to cold pizza full of jalapeños so kids had to have a...

Ordered 2 pizzas through Uber Eats. The restaurant don't use Uber eats couriers they use their own. I got a call from the driver saying they were outside. I am disabled and live in a block of flats. I have this written on my delivery instructions. The driver interrupted me when I tried to explain and said they won't enter a building. When I tried to explain, again, that it's not my house it's literally coming to my door they again refused. When I tried desperately to explain that I'm disabled and coming outside is incredibly difficult they interrupted me and spoke over me again to the point that I got very upset and yelled at them and hung up. I eventually got myself outside using my walker and they handed me my food without a word.

I usually use this pizza shop but today I wasn't impressed with the service at all. The young man behind the counter was was very awkward I asked for a thin based pizza which he tried to say they don't do I had to take time to explain that there is such thing.

Secondly I only eat fish so on my pizza I asked for tuna when it come to cutting the pizza he used the pizza utensil to cut it ams it was dripping liquid onto the pizza !!!! It was also dirty with previous stuff onit :/

I then had to say if a person does not eat other meats how are you using that ihe shrugged his shoulders no care to what I was saying for me it was his attitude I said to leave the pizza uncut as what is om what he is using I do not want on my pizza
