Post COVID and management change, the standards and quality of delivery have gone down hill. One delivery had the driver driving to the local council estate parking up for 30 minutes, then deciding they would deliver our luke warm pizza, to which the manager offered a "free pizza" on our next order, which never materialised. Tonight got an order which was swimming in double decadence so much the top base had removed from the lower, not only that delivered by a driver that was too busy talking through a bluetooth earpiece to his mobile phone, by time the mrs has shared our pizzas out, the store stated they would send a replacement but would expect the other pizza in return, something I was not willing to spend the time putting back together (my own error I acknowledge) this seems to have gonethe way most takeaways in Astley Bridge have gone, and that is set up/taken over for reasons other than making a profit. We have ordered 2 veggie supreme pizza and specially ask for no mushrooms as my son allergic to mushrooms but we received both of the pizzas with mushrooms on ,when we called them they Said they’ll send the new pizza so we waited for 1 hour and then we called back as we don’t received the pizza yet and still waiting so they said they’ll never make that kind of mistake and said can’t help me so I told them that I can come back to them with those pizzas which I have received with mushrooms on and they will see by their self and decide but the manager who was talking on the phone said it’s doesn’t make any difference coz it’s been 1 hour and they can’t do anything if I take pizza to them . that’s very disappointed and I don’t expected that from domino’s . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. VERY RUDE MANAGER. Ordered my pizzas for collection and when I got home I checked and realised they got the pizzas wrong. I rang up to get them to send the right one but the manager said I had to bring the pizza back and only then I'd get a new one even though it was their fault. I said I'm not collecting it as its their fault, he then said I had to pay the delivery charge, even though they made the mistake. I'm writing this 2 hours later and I've still not received my pizza which I was supposed to get half an hour ago. Apparently the delivery driver is stuck in an accident.
