This was my second purchase with Bradford Jewellers. I live down south therefore cannot purchase from them in person, however I have a had a fantastic experience with them purchasing online via instagram. I was quite sceptical as I had never ordered gold online before, however their selection is beautiful and their prices are reasonable- so I gave it ago. My first purchase was a ring, as expected it was beautiful and arrived the next day. Since then I have been on the hunt for additional items and their customer service is EXCELLENT. They are incredibly patient and try their best to meet your requests. Helping customers via DM/whatsapp is not easy, even at the best of times. But they have been nothing but amazing each time I have dealt with them. They go out of their way to make sure you find the piece you are looking for. And they respond super quickly when you message them. Once you’ve purchased, they immediately get your item ready for dispatch, provide you with pictures and it’ll arrive at your address the very next day.

Amazing service and amazing prices, have been in touch with these guys via Instagram and have ordered items for home delivery, they are very reliable and also reply back quick and answer all your queries as best as they can. We visited Bradford and went in to check out some earrings, the service was phenomenal the staff were so lovely and helpful. They helped me choose the perfect hoops. I was very fussy but they was so calm, chilled and helpful and weren't pushing me to buy something I didn't like or want. Just purely letting me try a few things and helping me find the right one for me. Where as other jewellers I have been to get funny when you have to many questions or you want to see a few items but don't buy or like anything. I visited Bradford Jewellers yesterday to purchase a couple of bracelets and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and took the time to understand what I was looking for. Their customer service was outstanding friendly, patient and genuinely helpful without being pushy.

They had a great variety of styles and designs to choose from, which made it easy to find something that suited my taste. I was also pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices considering the quality of the jewellery.
