Order placed at 19:10 20:06 Had to call after 50 minutes to find out how long till delivery, the next 4 to 5 minutes he said🤦🏻‍♀️ Lies! 20:20 I called back after more than 10 minutes was advised “He was a new driver to give him 1-2 minutes”... LIES!!! So I called back, was advised the delivery driver took a wrong turn to give him 1 minute.

Finally at 20:32 the Doorbell rings and I am handed my late order 20:34 I call back this pizza was stone cold and looking shoddy!

(What can I say other than I HAD HIGH EXPECTATIONS WHICH OBVIOUSLY WERE SHORT LIVED!) I made the person aware and they said to give them 15minutes to make a fresh one and deliver it GREAT! (I am trying to keep my 11 year old distracted at this point) We ended up watching Vera🤣👍🏼 So as we killed time I was prompted by my child to call back and find out how long?!?

I called a further 3 times, no one answered RUDE MUCH! (this was the moment I was tempted to just drive down for myself and figure out other than the inadequate service what was the actual hold up?)🤨🤷🏻‍♀️

However I took a deep breath 😮‍💨 and shifted my focus back to Vera👍🏼

21:10 I call for an update… The sodding nerve of the man! said “I gave you 15 minutes to make the pizza and to deliver it, driver is 1 minute away”.

Erm… You forgot the part where you say SORRY my bad for NOT being able to bake and deliver a family sized Chicken tandoori pizza on time!🙄

My daughter was very hungry so yes she helped herself to a slice, she immediately had to excuse herself! Not only did we get rushed a sauceless pizza 🤢 my daughter had to dispose of what she described as biting into something glass like gritty 😬😱 I have binned the darn pizza. I ended up cooking a stuffed omelette instead!👌🏼😋💪🏼

I am NEVER going to place any future orders from this nasty takeaway ever again!

Pizzas were terrible, excessive amounts of cheese with zero to none of the pizza base sauce, making it just alot of cheese with meat.

Returned to shop to explain my issues and complain. The supposed owner of the shop looked at me in shock and disbelief. His response was that nobody had ever returned food to the shop and the pizzss are just fine. I then further explained to him that i had also worked in a pizza place and thats not it should be prepared. This angered him further for some reason and started to shout and rave abouut how they never do anythng wrong. I then told him please stop raising your voice at me and explained i wouldnt be returning the full 3 box pizzas if i was happy with them, i then explained i have no vendetta against him and why hee seems to think that.

He stood silent.

I then asked if he knew what vendetta meant to which he replied no. I got my money back and left the shop and will never be getting food from such an unprofessional business again.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY Use to use steakhut in a regular basis, but the last 3 occasion have been horrible, 1st occasion the food came late and cold, I rang to complain they said we'll sort it out next time ( don't really know what they meant by that ) 2nd occasion they missed some of the food and sauces, rang again only for a rude guy to say what do you want me to do, then saying again that we'll sort it out next time, 3rd time ordered again explained what happened the last 2 times said don't worry we'll send your order out on time and everything will be good. Guess what order came late ( rang 5 times asking where the delivery driver has gone, only said 2 mins every time) the pizza's were horrible tasted like tomato on cardboard, did not bother calling this time as I will never order again from steakhut. Never once did they offer anything free or a replacement or a discount. Shocking customer service. The place has seriously gone down hill,...
