Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Bradford

This is my favourite coffee shop in Bradford. Staff are attentive, welcoming and efficient, when you walk through the doors you leave the madness of Shipley. The shop is always clean and tidy, with flavourful aromas wafting through the air, emitting tranquility and relaxation. I’m always greeted with a smile, with as much speed as they can afford, this place is always busy. I was served by a small boy called Shauny, they were working hard juicing beans and creaming dream hot chocolates, they’re always lovely, kind and fun. Every person on the staff is amazing, Big Nic always has a joke, Pippy has the best side eyes, the new staff are lovely too.

I ordered a takeaway capuccino with caramel, got in the car and drove away, after a few minutes I realized that there was something wrong with this coffee, I tried again, looked inside and it turned out to be milk with water and chocolate sprinkles. I turned the car around and asked for a second coffee but unfortunately I didn't get it, the lady from the service decided that I had drunk too much so apparently the "coffee" was good. I did not expect such impudence. I will avoid the place from a distance, and it was enough for the barista to admit that there was a mistake and offer a second coffee. Coffee gets weaker prices dearer. Greggs across road better value

After waiting in store 25 minutes to actually order 2 coffees (whilst the 3 staff) completed all their 'just eat' orders we finally got served. (At least 10 of customers behind us in the queue gave up and walked out!) Not only was the debit card machine not working but couldn't get the Costa coffee card swiped either. Told to come back tomorrow and they would add the points....What after it took half an hour to get a coffee in the first place!! Like my first review said ... Greggs across the road better value....and would have been served in a 10th...
