Kebab Ranch — Local services in Bradford

Lady on the till didnt have a clue, ordered for collection ended up getting there and she had no idea what i was on about so said to her colleague "some guys saying he ordered something" as if i wasnt there which i found very offensive. I later found out that theyd given my food to someone else who had left thd shop opened it and realised it was not their order so brought it back it was then given to me with no apology and was not offered to have it made fresh which personally i find disturbing. Really disappointed with my recent visit. The person serving was like a robot — no charisma, no smile, just very moody and rude. I was even overcharged for my kebab, and when I queried the price with who seemed to be the owner, it felt like they were just making prices up on the spot.

I also ordered some chips, which weren’t added to my order. When I questioned it, I was abruptly told I hadn’t paid for them — very unprofessional.

I visited Kebab Ranch on the evening of 16/5/19, we ordered a large kebab Ranch pizza and a portion of vegetable samosas. The waiting time was far longer than most places being about 25mins, we ordered a taxi after 15mins which ended up having to wait for us. The pizza was well loaded but quite overcooked (this may explain the waiting time) and for £3.50 we received 3 of the smallest vegetable samosas I have ever seen.
