Ordered a glass of prosecco and the glass the lady was about to pour it in was filthy! So I asked for a clean glass, she apologised and got another glass but that glass was also filty, she apologised again and said she'd have to bring it over to the table as she had the clean the glasses. Not a problem that's fine. We also ordered a pizza whilst ordering drinks, after 50 minutes waiting for our pizza I went and asked the young lad at the pizza station if he'd started making the pizza, he asked what table number we was at so I told him and he said yes! I asked if it was in the oven and he said I think so! I said it either is or it isn't so which one is it? Without even looking he said yes it'll be 2 minutes! I said OK cool. I went and sat back down and after another 10 minutes of waiting we had enough and i went to ask the lady at the bar for a refund. She said yes that's fine I'll go get the manager. The young lad who I previously spoke to came down and asked why I wanted a refund? So I had to explain to him that he didn't even know if the pizza was in the oven and then you said it would be ready in 2 minutes and ten minutes later I've given up waiting, he then said its in the oven now! To my reply of you said that 10 minutes ago. He then begrudgingly gave me a refund and then he said to me.. if I was you I wouldn't bother coning back! I was absolutely furious of how rude and incompetent he was to a paying customer! Clearly lacking any people skills and he had a terrible attitude!! I most certainly won't be returning to be spoken to like that.
