Ordered online for delivery and it was my first time using this particular takeaway after a recommendation from a friend and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The website was easy to navigate with many payment options available so it was effortless (Apple pay) and the food arrived within the time stated and it was piping hot, the curry was lovely with the perfect thickness and level of spice with lots of thick pieces of meat, chips where nice and fresh with a light crisp on the outside with fluffy potato on the inside, egg fried rice was exactly as you’d expect and prawn toast was nice and thick and wasn’t overdone so was very nice meal overall. And we got a fortune cookie 🥠 with prawn crackers and little mini vegetable spring rolls all thrown in for free making it great value for money, a solid 8.5/10 and I’ll be ordering...

Terrible service and food. Used to love this place until tonight, food was disgusting and they forgot one of my items as-well, so rang up and politely asked what they could do.

Came to an agreement that they would bring me half of my money back and I would keep the food I had as I was not waiting another hour for a new meal. 40minutes later I got a call saying that they want the food back (baring in mind half had been eaten seen as I was not getting a new order and the rest was in the bin) When I explained this they then turned around and said they can not give me a refund, completely going against what they said. Honestly disappointed after reading all the good reviews, I ordered the sweet and sour chicken, with rice and spring rolls. The spring rolls were nice the rice was standard but I was not impressed with the sweet and sour chicken...it was only warm not hot and the onion definitely wasn't cooked the veg looked like it literally touched the pan and came straight back out again, the sauce was also a little watery.
