I just moved to Cheddar and live five minutes’ drive away. I was quite happy to be so close to a soft play for my five year old. When I went to book for our first visit today, I was shocked by your pricing. We lived previously in central London and went to soft play in Chelsea (in among the most expensive postcodes in England) to a place that had unlimited indoor dodgems and carousel rides included, along with a massive climbing frame similar in size to yours. Your price point is only one pound less per session than that. Before London, we lived in Cheltenham and paid £12 for one adult and one child (peak) and that included a free coffee. I was even more shocked to find that your cafe prices exceeded those of the soft play in central London. I ended up paying £25 today for one adult, one child, a slush and a coffee. It makes me really sad because that’s not something that we can reasonably pay for as frequently as we might like, considering how close we are. If you wanted to improve, I would suggest offering a discount to local residents or residents of Cheddar, specifically. Since my daughter is school-age, we would never be able to visit during off peak pricing times. I know that yours is the only soft play of its kind for miles, so I imagine you get people coming in from Yatton to Wells. I have no complaints about your facilities and offerings— everything was clean and there was plenty of seating and no long queues for food—but your pricing is going to keep us away. It’s hard to imagine that any single working parent (with one child, let alone more) would be able to visit regularly at those prices—and we’re talking about a two hour session, as well. I know you have to charge what you have to charge, especially now with cost of living and energy prices through the roof, but please maybe consider giving local residents a discount so that we can bring our kids in more than once a...
Read moreA nice large soft play with a good variety of options for children to choose from. The added role play area upstairs was a nice touch, but unless you’ve read about it online, it’s not obvious at all that it’s there. The sensory area for younger children was very peaceful & nicely laid out, this was definitely the quietest area as the main soft play area was full on. We took our 2yr old niece who’s very adventurous & likes the bigger climbing areas/slides but because of the large variety in age range it was hard to keep her safe as most children aren’t being supervised & there isn’t a staff member inside (like in some soft play) keeping an eye on children who are being a little too boisterous. Our niece ended up being thrown to the floor by a much older child who barrelled in to her head whilst running & jumping off a bridge. Whilst I’m fully aware that kids will be kids, having a staff member supervise the area would Help to make children more aware of others. The seating area was large & had a different variety of seats which were comfortable as my mum sat there whilst we were inside the soft play for the whole 2 hours & wasn’t uncomfortable. The food looked ok & what you’d expect But the ordering system needs looking at as if you just want to buy snacks instead of proper food the queuing time is too long if you’ve got little ones with you. The staff were all really friendly & accommodating on arrival & exit which was nice as it meant you left on a positive note. The parking was ample & it was really easy to find, despite being on an industrial estate. We’d definitely come back but not on a Saturday as it was just too busy for...

With delicious cafe, reasonably priced, it was a wonderful Christmas celebration!
Priced at £25 per child, for a 2 hour session, we wouldn't have gone, except they had a competition, where they allowed multiple entries, based on interactions, I spent some time every day to increase r chance and am so thankful we won this special time with our littlest three at a place they've never been before.
I haven't been for a normal priced play, staff said it's only limited to 2 hours on weekends and school holidays.
If you are looking for an indoor play centre this is worth a journey, both the softplay and role play r enjoyable enough, the centre has been nominated...
