Wasnât the best experience. Me and my older brother went for a day. We spent ÂŁ24 for one hour each and left within literally 10 mins due to overcrowding and nothing to do.
Its a lot smaller than it seems and there were three times the amount of people for the space provided. With the amount of smaller kids running around it became quite dangerous therefore we felt we could NOT do big jumping (or to be honest any at all) as the kids were running all over the place and across the trampolines and they were extremely young and small.
For the amount of trampolines they have, there shouldnt be that many people at one time as its one person per trampoline (not many trampolines at all) and a ninja warrior that was tiny!
there were people waiting on the side and hovering around for their turn but some kids were just sat on the bigger trampolines so they didnt loose their space as you couldnt really do anything on the smaller ones.
Personally i think this would only be good for years 10 and under as there isnt anything for the bigger kids other than football which was also full to the brim with smaller kids.
Not everything advertised was at this place either for example the inflatable pushing sticks on the websites front page nor was there ANY space for something like that.
The ninja course was very small with very few obstacles, 3 of them being the same just different shapes. One was a row of metal poles with half a basketball taped to the top and very solid and hard. It looks big in person but only because its very spaced out with a large foam pit underneath (i say large but it wasnt deep enough to stop injuries from heights or hard slips. The foam cubes were also very worn down and crumbled all over the floors. The obstacles also seemed a bit to tall for kids to reach which meant others had to wait as they tried to jump up to get on after many failed attempts.
It was a nice, just very small venue but only had good things for the little kids and tots.
They Had a parents seating area with a small on-venue shop that we didnt use.
Also just to mention there are NO lockers, there is a very small OPEN stack of cubby holes for shoes, so a bit anxious about leaving phones and wallets.
Socks were okay quality but id recommend a size up.
staff were nice but so uninterested, bland and didnt really care acting as if they didnt want us people there. As seen as this is used widely for party venues its not a good impression and energy a party needs.
As i say it was a nice venue and great for the smaller kids aged 10 and under, But for us it was a waste of money due to it being over-run by tots and kids and not enough equipment / things to do.
Take a jacket because its cold!
Id recommend looking inside before you book because the website doesnt say everything it should and the size of venue compared to the number of kids makes it very dangerous and a lot of waiting. Bearing in mind you only have an hour, the ten mins we actually stayed there it was mainly waiting to use something and the obstacles were over very quickly.
Each trampoline is tiny except for large in the corner!
The under 2 space looked more fun than the over age two course with slides and climbing bits.
We went on a tuesday morning. Too us a while to find the venue as from the outside it looks run down and very small with only one sign and a hidden front door by a small car park.

Read moreI booked FW for my daughter's 4th Birthday party. I wanted her 8 year old sister to join her along with younger friends. Other companies said no. I rang FW and they were very accommodating, said her sister could join her. The party planning was amazing, emails were regular and I felt very confident that it would be well organised.
We arrived and they were VERY busy, but this isn't a bad thing. The staff were on top of it and quickly moved people and groups to the right places. As I had booked a soft play party, yet the party seating area was at the other end of the building, they made sure we could sit closer to keep an eye on the little ones. All of the older siblings went into the trampoline park (which is brilliant - monkey bars, hoops, a net, gladiator battle plank and more) and had a great time.
The staff member party host kept me informed the whole way through, she was helpful, made sure the room was as I would like, took the cake off me to decorate and present and the food was out on time and a good selection. She didn't 'assume' timings and checked with me as to when I would like the cake brought out etc.
Unexpectedly and a VERY LOVELY TOUCH, as I hadn't been in the slightest bit put off, the manager said that as they were so busy when we arrived, the little ones could enjoy a bit of extra time on the trampolines after food. *now don't go using this info - it was appropriate to the situation and very well handled.
I will be returning to this brilliant place and commend the management and staff on their hard work and the wonderful experience they give the kids that...
Read moreWe rang in advance to confirm we would be able to attend the session with a 4 year old (there were 3 of us and children of various ages). Were told "yes" on the phone and "no" on arrival. My friend and me signed the waiver a year ago on the same day, but mine disappeared off the system. The lady who was serving us at the entrance (didn't get her name, as it's not a rule to wear a name badge, but she had lots of facial piercings and kept calling everyone "mate)" - she was so abrupt, we all cringed. Ok, we went in at just before 4, finished the video (which she was in a rush to put on) at 16.12 AND at 16.57, she blew the whistle and told all the kids the session was finished. £10 for 50 minutes? When I asked her whether they have set times for the sessions (and we might have been late for the 16.00 one?), I was told "no" and then "they can go in the soft play, I aint chucking them out". I have to say, the whole premises wer left unsupervised on at least two occasions whilst we were there. I had to get the lady who was at the canteen to get someone to speak to. She said "they are all out of the back". On the good side - coffee is great, but the woman who served me wasn't sure about the prices for the cakes and just came up with £4 per slice of cake. Extremely disorganised, or was it just a human factor and Friday 4 o'clock unfortunate timing? Will use other trampoline parks nearby from now on, just wanted to give this one a go, but...
