... unfortunately the team are so ignorant and self absorbed that they didn't even realise that we had been standing there for a few minutes....Once the girl finally acknowledged our existence she very quickly said 'oh we don't allow dogs in here. You need to get out now!' at which point I explained 'oh ok well I know for next time...can I order my drink and I'll go outside?' she then looked over at what must of been the supervisor at the time. Who was a bit more cooperative and agreed to take my order and bring it out for me.
I suggest you close this place down until you can teach your staff some normal customer service skills...
...All it would of taken was acknowledgement of the customers existence... 'Hi, we'll be right with you' or if the person has a dog 'Hi, due to our cleanliness policy we can't allow dogs in here'
