KFC Cheltenham - Centrum Park — Restaurant in Cheltenham

Absolutely shocking customer service...would love management to clarify their criteria for hiring staff. Very rude people working in the drive thru, the most unhelpful staff I have ever dealt with (with the exception of a couple I have spoken to). On multiple occasions I have driven up to the drive thru in the late evening being the only car there and still waiting at least 5/6 mins before someone can be bothered to take my order, and when they do they sound miserable and peed off. If they are that miserable at work get another job, don't take it out on the customers! Had way too many bad experiences here but unfortunately the only one really close to where I live. I visited the other KFC in my area and there is a huge difference in the experience within even the first 30 seconds. Kind, upbeat and great staff who want to help.

Food is usually okay and they usually get my order right so cant complain there, hence the 2 stars. Customer service wise id give a ZERO and suggest staff get some...

Do not eat in! Taste wise this is one of the best KFCs. However the cleanliness of this KFC in particular is beyond disgusting. Pre-Covid 19 the cleanliness of this establishment was questionable but since the re-opening after lockdown it's inexcusable.

Tables are not being cleaned between uses, the floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Windows with dirty hand prints down it, underside of tables looks like it's never been cleaned. It wasn't busy at all, staff were just stood behind the counter waiting for customers yet there was nobody on the floor cleaning, advising on guidelines, the hand sanitizer was either empty or not working. Toilets smelt like a sewer and weren't even close to clean. I highly doubt the ordering screens have been cleaned either despite being touched by multiple people with no hand sanitizer available at the door.

Given the current state of COVID-19, they are risking...

Went to this particular branch of KFC on 26/07/2015. We had to wait in the queue for 15 minutes when there was only one other party of people in front of us. The lady serving had no idea what she was doing and seemed to want to try every trick in the book to try and keep everyone waiting. She kept bumbling around with no concern for any of the customers. Despite other members of staff being present they just swanned around getting drinks for themselves and another one out back was just munching away on food. When we finally got the meal (after 25 minutes) it looked like it had literally been thrown into the bag and the chips were stone cold (not exaggerating, they felt like they'd just come out of the fridge). This is the second time I have visited this branch and I won't be keen to go back again...
