The driest toasted sandwich I have ever had!!! If I fed those crusts to birds their beaks would break!!! I go to Greggs quite a lot, not anymore!!! Luckily I had some sauce in my car so the sandwich was kind of edible I could not bite into the crust as my teeth would've broken. I gave 2 stars for pleasant members of staff, they spoke to me when I had paid, not before though 😅 They probably had a bad, busy day (i used ti hate working Sundays!) Never eating a Greggs again!!! A toasted sandwich has put me right off

Service quite slow here. Hardly anything left after 1pm. Cream cakes stored on same tray as faux cream. Not much filling either. The bean and sausage slice is really good if you can get one, usually a 20 minute wait.

Greggs located at GALLAGHER RETAIL PARK

Food is good, coffe as well, but service very poor and slow. Every other order there is something wrong. Normally i am using app to order online to collect my food when i am on my break. Once I place my order at 1pm , booked slot at 2pm and my order was ready to collect at 1.20pm... when I came to collect food everything was cold! So why greegs offer available slots if staff doesnt care about it? Today i ordered meal for work and once again there was a problem. I took my bag, but in my car I realized that this is not what i ordered!! I came back and explained everything and one lady gave me a bag with "my"order. I quickly drove back to work and there I realized that they mixed the orders once again!! There was nothing what I could eat as I am not a fan of cajun chicken or baked pastry:/ I wanted my toast,baguette and coffee!! So i was hungry and angry all day. Spent money for nothing. Very...

So, I ordered through JustEat tonight, after realising I hadn't eaten all day (oops!). The driver forgot one of my items, and a lovely girl/person called me to let me know what happened. I explained to the driver when he arrived (he was not pleasant, at all, to deal with), and he insisted of doing a different delivery job before going back. I realised Greggs was closing in 15 mins, so called to ask if my partner could pick up the left over items, as I didn't want to risk anyone's job by going to anyone other than the delivery driver if they aren't meant to do that. I spoke to the same person, and they were so sweet and said it was okay.

Anyways, I really appreciate the help, and I wish I got her name! My order was under "J Amethyst" on 9th December 2021, please find her and let her know she really helped with my order and fear...

Been a fan of greggs for years and always grab sausage rolls on Sundays for family breakfast and always ask for the ones coming out of the oven as they are better hot some staff are pleased to do so asking me to wait couple minutes until they come out, other staff try to force me into having the ones that are ready saying they are hot or like it happened before I waited for the hot ones and she gave me the ones already there. Believe some of the staff should learn that if a costumer is willing to wait to have freshly baked sausage rolls they should understand it and provide...
