I have been having regular deep tissue massage with Anna. She is both very kind and professional, always going the extra mile to make sure that I feel better! I drive a taxi for a living and the long hours stuck behind a wheel cause me immense pain and discomfort! Anna instinctively knows where all the pain is located, whether in my top shoulder blades or from the tightness in my calf muscles from repeatedly having to change gear! Anyone who drives for a living will know what I'm talking about. And I can not recommend Anna enough if you have physically demanding job like driving or factory work! UPDATE: Very happy with how this was resolved. I was offered a free treatment as resolution and ended up getting a full refund as I don't live in Cheltenham, and I was offered to come back for another free treatment in addition to this.

Booked in for a 1pm massage, when I arrived the front door was locked and a sign on the door saying a treatment was in process until 1.25. So I waited the 25 minutes and was seen to shortly after. The room in the basement was so so cold the whole time and there was no music on. I’ve been to Thitaphon twice now and had a great experience both times.

Most recently I came because I was having bad back pain. I explained I wanted one hour on my back and 30 mins general massage. The massage was incredible! The lovely masseuse really spent time working out all the knots, and it was a good combination of strong pressure, stretching, and bending (including a movement where she had her feet in my back and pulled my arms back to really stretch my spine). She also switched to tiger balm instead of oil for the really stiff areas.

It’s a really authentic Thai massage, with clear pricing and lovely staff and I felt so much better afterwards....
