Saw a jacket in the window, asked to try on, was told they can't take out of the window. As I was visiting Edinburgh for the day, called the week after was told speak to manager next week. I called the manager and explained I am travelling from manchester just for the jacket. I was told they can't reserve over phone, I asked when it will come our the window, was told may be Monday or Tue but depends. This is not good to me as need time off work and to pay train fare. I explained this and the manager said there are others interested and won't take a payment now. And lots of other stuff but I bought 2 waistcoats for a friend but they were to small. No worries said I. I'll take them back and exchange them for something larger. No chance. They have a No return or refund policy. Not great when you are buying for someone else. I wasn't happy. Is there not a law that within a certain period you can take the goods back.
