24 hours ago, (1pm Thursday) whilst stopped at a red light in Tesco's, Cinderford, our alternator decided to die! We rang TWC and asked if they could possibly slot is in at short notice. Initially it didn't look good as they were full. We were in a dire situation as we're down here on holiday and heading back to Scotland on the Saturday!

However, somehow they managed to shuffle things about to help us out, and told us to bring it in. It took our recovery service ages to get us lifted and back to 'home base'. Thankfully they were still open and we managed to drop it off for them to have a look at today.

Long story cut short, they found us the correct part and less than 24hours after we dropped the car off, we were collecting it again fully fixed. That's the short version. The long version involved several calls to the garage on the day to update them, as well as them moving things around to help us out.... essentially, I gave them a right old run around!!

The team were incredibly helpful, and nothing seemed to phase them at all. Can't thank you all enough for the excellent job that you did, and at a price I would say was very reasonable!! Thank you guys for going that extra mile, you put us right at ease and were great to deal with.

If it's a well run garage, who are experts in their field and will do the job as described, then look no further!...

Finally, a garage I can trust wholeheartedly!! After being overcharged after I had been misled to have unnecessary work done on my car by another garage, TWC completed an MOT and offered to check the previous garage's work had been completed properly (at no additional charge - although I'd have happily paid). They also advised me how I'd been overcharged by the previous garage after reviewing the invoice.

TWC provide refreshingly honest customer service and timely completion of agreed work. I highly recommend...
