Ordered a set of hooks and was initially sent a different product. Two attempts later and I still don't have the hooks that I ordered. Despite updating the product details on their site (in response to my complaint), including the photograph, part code, dimensions and even the price (now cheaper!), they are insisting that the products are the same and are refusing to give me a full refund. I personally was very impressed by the high quality flush fit bolts but for my joiner to actually be very impressed and ask for the website address really does speak volumes.

The price was possibly slightly higher then some options I looked at online but worth the few extra pennies. I do a lot of DIY to an expert level and I will be shopping here for all of my ironmongery needs in the future.

Add the next day delivery as well and you really cant go wrong.
