I had three roof light company roof lights installed in 2017 at great expense! A couple of months ago one of the windows exploded! The inside skin shattered. Out of nowhere. Of course it was out of warranty. I have had an awful experience with their customer service. They wanted to charge me almost as much as the replacement glass cost for delivery. I went and dropped it and picked it up myself. I expected another 5 year warranty but was told as a “gesture of good will” they will give 12 months as that’s what they are “required” to give. So I have a 12 month gesture of good will for a replacement roof light that was obviously faulty in the first place for it to explode! The customer service is non existent. To give them one star is already too generous. Our Rooflight was delivered without a remote and it only opens with a remote - we have tried and failed to install a wall switch to avoid having to deal with this company. I have now phoned them four times and my builder has phoned them once asking to order a remote so that we can open our windows and every time they tell me they will 'send an urgent message to the sales team' to get back to me. Nobody has phoned me back, I wait... and as I write this I still don't know how I am going to get my remote since they refuse to answer calls - they all get diverted to an external answer service - and they don't respond...

We had three Neo electric roof lights for our new house. Within one year the internal casements all cracked and one of the motors stopped working. We reported the problem in August 2021 and it wasn’t resolved until March 2022. We registered all three roof lights for an extended 5 year warranty at the time of purchase.November 2022 the same roof light which was fixed in March has stopped working again. The fault has been diagnosed as faulty gas struts which I’ve been told are not covered under the warranty. These roof lights are not cheap and the service we have received is just not acceptable.
