Domino's Pizza - Doncaster - Scawsby — Local services in Doncaster

In the last year or so this place has been disappointing and we have been going to different pizza shops. As we really busy and we wanted something to quality to eat as it was getting late. We ordered 2 large Pizzas and paid for them and I had to remind the worker he needed my name to put on board so I could see when it would be ready. They said it would be 15 to 20 mins as they were busy as it was a Friday night. As we waited in r car as the shop was busy, I got out 3 times to check if ready and on 3rd time, I had to ask, and they had to chase it up. I think they forgot to make it as it was over 45mins until we got are Pizzas, they did apologise, but that was it. My wife was not very happy as she went on the website to complain and it said if we don't get our orders within 30mins we would get a refund. I made an order at the scawsby branch at unit 5, Barnsley road. I had ordered a medium pizza stuffed crust, dough balls, clawsaw, big dip & bottle of diet coke. However when my pizza arrived I was sent two pizzas one incorrect from what I ordered and the other pizza was correct however it was not stuffed crust and I did not receive my dough balls, clawsaw, diet coke or big dip. After ringing the branch they then re submitted the order to be sent out. The second time my pizza arrived they just sent out the pizza which was correct but I still didn't receive the dough balls, clawsaw and big dip. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza recently, it came without stuffed crust, had hardly any toppings and wasn't even cut. It's always hit and miss from this store and I've had problems in the past but this time I decided to contact customer services to get a £3 refund for the stuffed crust I didn't get, they said that the store had decided they weren't going to give me a refund and it was their decision. I tried replying to them, but now they're just ghosting me. A bit ridiculous really, I paid for something I didn't get, any other retailer would sort the refund without any issue.
