A trampoline park like no other!!! Exactly what is says on the flyer. This park is like no other! As other trampolone parks the kids had fun At this one they were board 15 minutes in. The majority of staff were uptight and the kids could do nothing with out being told off. I took seven children, myself and my partner i took 4 pairs of jump 360 sock and 5 pairs of infinate air socks. All have the same grip on the bottom, made to buy 5 more pairs of jump 360 socks or would not the children bounce. No other trampoline parks do this as long as you have the socks with proper grips on it was fine. When we went it was not busy. They got told off for going across the beam the wrong way, not playing dodge ball right, back somersaults. I have never been to a trampoline park where you can't do a back somersault!!!! Three of my children go to trampoline classes and a very capable of this move as they have been trained by professional coaches to do this. As a trampoline coach myself I would never let any of the children do anything they are not capable of doing. They could not do a back somersault in case another child who could not do it copied them they could hurt their self, yet they were allowd to do a front somersault with a half or full twist out of it, to perform this move requires more skill to do than a back somersault. What would happen if another child tried to copy them doing this?? You are allowed to do a back hand spring (flick) yet again if a child who is trained to do this does this then another child who is not trained copies they could also hurt themselves if it is not done right. Would never go back to this park again!!! Gravity force, infinate air or air box bounce is so...

Only just found out about this place! Awesome place and my little one loved it! Didn't see the rest of the place, just the toddler area, but she loved the trampolines, and the soft play area was pretty cool too! Didn't sample any food, but she did want an ice lolly. I think 2 things made .e rate this 4 stat instead of 5, no ice lollies, which I thought was odd. And you only get an hour which in all the other places I've been to softplay wise and fun for kids you have gotten longer than an hour. Supervising adults are free which is good, but pretty standard in all places really. We will be going back! Might have to book two slots next time. OK update: came back and I think the staff love the sound of their own voice.. every 30 seconds.. sometimes one after each othere.. just heard 3 announcements in a row... ATTENTION PLEASE ATTENTION PLEASE.. SOMETHING ABOUT SOCKS, SOMETHING ABOUT WRISTBANDS, COLOUR RED YOUR TIMES UP, UNDER 4S STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE. SO LOAD AND RUINS THE ATMOSPHERE. just let people enjoy themselves. If they said attention please once, and turned the announcer volume down a little that would be much better! ATTENTION PLEASE ATTENTION PLEASE ATTENTION PLEASE...

Visited this jump 360 on Tuesday 15th October unaware that there is a session on at 4pm for a hour on that day for children with additional needs. My son has autism and SPD so finds a lot of children too much. So just so happens it was a coincidence I attended on that day and time. I must say the staff in this location is fantastic. The empathy and understanding they give you when you tell them your child is disabled is so amazing they try and bend over backwards to make your visit a happy one. I don’t know whether the training is different in different locations but I’ve visited other locations and found the staff rude and disrespectful. This jump 360 is the one I will be attending going forward. Thank you for making my little boys world a...

Absoloutly fantastic for the kids, loads of things to do with a climbing wall, bouncy castle type play frame (which is massive) foam monkey swing pit, trampolines and a leap of faith platform. The cafe is the only downside, its not got much to offer and there's no menu as such. High sugar processed food is the only real option here. Good for drinks however with hot drinks for the adults and plenty of kids choices too. The price point is average for this type of establishment, we came for a special event with spiderman and captain America and paid £26 for three kids which included a meal too. Overall highly recommended 👍💷🍴😁

Brilliant for toddlers. Easy to book. Straightforward on entry. Can get busy during peak times however this is to be expected with a lack of soft play type activities for children in the local area. Have taken my 2 year old many times now and he loves it. Love the segregation for smaller children, although could improve by being supervised to ensure older kids aren't roaming in and out as they please. Other than that no complaints.
