I just get the vibe from some of the staff that they really can't be bothered.
They insist that you use the self service machines, but they're filthy - and we all know what happened when they swabbed those ones around London!
The receipts don't print. They haven't replaced the paper roll in weeks.
The food is usually great but the burger in the cheeseburger looked like cardboard.

Brought my nephew because he really wanted to go and things have improved. The food and service seem to have improved.

Won't be going back here. It's run by immature college kids with no work ethic. Took my sister to get some food for her and my nephew. Five cars waiting ahead of us in parking bays. Food took ages, no apology and food missing. My sister went in for the missing cheeseburger and they practically threw it at her.
UPDATE: 13.04.22:
I've been back a few times and every time they're either out of stock of soft drinks at the drive through or out of stock of food. It took me about four visits to be able to try the Katsu Chicken Royal, which was stuffed full of pickled cabbage. This time they'd run out of large cups, so I paid full price for a large meal with a medium drink. The service here is terrible. Back down to one star.
UPDATE: 24.12.21:
Decided to give this place another go after a long break. Glad I did. Increased from one to three stars. I tried the new Memphis BBQ King, some chicken fries and BBQ dip.
It was the best food I've had from a Burger King in YEARS. Despite being Christmas Eve, the food was ready in less than five minutes and the food was piping hot.
Gordon Ramsey will hunt me down for saying this but the quality and flavour was amazing. It tasted and was cooked prefectly. The beef was moist, not overly cooked and the flavours were great.
Might consider going back again.

After seeing a number of people complaining about the store closing earlier than the stated 11pm, I decided to call ahead to make sure they were definitely open, before I waste my petrol driving over. One hour and eight calls later, no answer on the phone. Guessing they're not open. Why bother coming back to town if you're just going to alienate everyone who was interested in supporting your return?

Tasteless burger that was not grilled and clearly microwaved (you can tell the difference in cooking method by the bubbling juices on top of burger and not a grilled sear) We were only 1 of 2 tables inside and drive through was not busy at all so there is clearly no excuse for such poor quality. So I enquired, they say, can't find the order number, you must have ordered for instore collection, why did I pick up wrong order! Which I didn't, they opened window and gave me the wrong order, I have order on phone, I say, you'll have to come in shop they said to sort it out. Go in the shop, they ask for food they gave me, which I hand back, which goes Straight in bin. 25 mins later get the order I originally ordered.
