Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

Retracting a previous good review. Today I went here and asked for a hot chocolate, there was none so had to settle for white chocolate, which is fair enough, supply and demand I suppose. However, I also got a Strawberry Frappacino as I usual do which was extremely disappointing, I've had more syrup on an ice cream cone. Usually when I get one, it's filled with enough strawberry syrup to actually be able to taste strawberry, beautifully filling the bottom and spreading its joy to taste it until the last sip. I've uploaded a picture so everyone can see the rashion of syrup I received today. Unacceptable, may aswell just be drinking milk and cream. Won't be going there again. On the plus side, staff were friendly... they just don't know what they're...

I use this starbucks quite regularly, but I have an issue with the store not accepting cash.

I've dined in (poor service), and I use the drive thru, which is quite often a poor service, but I keep on returning because I love the coffee.

The staff seem to be poor in customer service delivery, I don't want to assume why; but there's only a couple that seem pleasant. The rest, well, they treat you as though you're a burden and have absolutely no interest in you whatsoever- which is odd for a customer facing based role.

Additionally. To drink in, you will have to clean your own table before...

Went for a latte and ham and cheese toasty. It took them 10 minutes to warm a toasty up (on a Sunday, with nobody to serve) I asked what seems to be the hold up and was given such attitude by one blonde women (I think she’s the manager) stating the first toasty wasn’t any good so they put me a second one in, then it was thrust into my hand after such a long wait with no apologies or nothing, now I’m late off my work break....
