Morrisons — Local services in Exeter

Unfortunately I feel like I have been totally humiliated by one of the checkout staff at morrisons,I was doing the last of my Christmas shopping with my 2 grandchildren I had a number of various items lined up on the checkout conveyor belt when it got too the bottle of XIX vodka being scanned through the checkout staff refused too serve me as apparently I was told by the checkout staff member that I was buying it for my grandchildren this was with a full queue of other members of the public waiting too pay for their food which made me feel totally humiliated as for being in my 60s and a responsible adult why on earth would I be buying it for my grandchildren what a ridiculous thing too say I think the checkout staff member who served me needs some customer...

not happy i went to morisons near well street on my way home i brought milk and butter and 4 cans of beers for my parter and eggs i left after they had charged me 27 pound i questioned this the man with a beard was very rude to my partner after my partner said this wasnt the first time before i even got back to the till the woman knew she had over charged me and said it was the beers .. i got charged for 4 lots of beers and i only brought 1 also there half price butter went at Full price.. me and my partner got spoken to like rubbish they wasn't happy to give me a refund and the money was not in my bank THIS IS FAIR FROM A GOOD EXPERIENCE also im a carer and my partner has a good profession in the health care industry i will be makeing...

I go with my mum and it is a pleasant experience. We usually shop individually and meet at the end. This store is unique in the way it facilitates this. Instead of me waiting in the car or sitting on a chair after i'm done, there is a special set of lockers designed just for trolleys full of shopping. I lock the trolley away and take the key, and i then go to the cafe section and read a newspaper and have a cup of tea.

It is very strange because it is in full view of all the checkouts and it does not look relaxing. But for some reason because of how far it is away and the nice view you get through the glass windows it is some how very calming.

I will also note that this Morrison has an excellent selection of frozen foods which i stock up on....
