This pub really did amaze me in every aspect.
The maître d' was highly knowledgable on the wide selection of local ales as well as the inspirational selection of home cooked pub grub.
The scenery surrounding the pub was stunning and just a stones throw from the historic city centre it makes a realistic option for a quick escape from the city.
You can tell that this pub has serious family heritage and the care that goes into all things to do with this pub is highly evident.
Considering the troubles of the recent year, the landlords have clearly put considerable effort into providing an al fresco dining experience. Well done...
