I'm a member of ritual and many times I come to shop to buy their products.. most of the time the staff were lovely and nice.. but yesterday I'm very offended by one of the staff. A male staff blue eyes very short hair he was very rude. There's 2 time occasions I been served by him on the till No greeting just take the item not asking about member card, after pay No thank you he even don't give a carry bag. I ask for them and he just put the item and give it in rude way. 😒 this is rituals your service should be in kind elegant. Wherever I go to buy ritual they give u the carry bag with tissue papers that spray with perfume.. he even don't give that. I think he need more service training. It put me off to come to the shop if he's around. That's my honest opinion. But the other staff are lovely...
Read moreI walked in and was immediately approached by a member of staff asking if they could help me. Not 15 seconds went past as I walked further in and was approached again. I walked to the back of the shop away from other staff but what I wanted to look at was on the other side near the front so I walked that way. I picked up one of the items to smell it and yet again, another shop assistant came over to ask if I needed help. It was very uncomfortable and annoying and it reminded me of being in New York and being hounded by staff as you browsed. My husband walked out at that point and I only stayed because I wanted to buy a present for someone who I know likes their products. i purchased from their website a week ago. and on that same day ( about an hour after purchase ) it was dispatched and had an email from the couriers saying they are waiting on the item. , wow that was quick i thought, . but only to realise ,it was so you cant cancel your order . After 2 emails to the company , i received a reply stating there was a technical issue with my order ( not , what the technical issue was ) and thats why it was delayed. so they alone, cancelled my order and said i would receive a full refund ( won`t hold my breath for a quick refund ). The items are getting sent from Amsterdam, not the UK. so. their items are not UK stock. just beware when ordering from...
