Amante Pizza — Local services in Great Britain

This is a place I was once quite fond of. However, each time I have ordered from here, it has got incrementally worse.

Last night, the food was TWO HOURS LATE. It took one hour and a half for them to respond to my text about how late it was - before this the arrival time was supposed to be 35 minutes!

When it finally arrived, the cheese looked curdled almost. It was lumpy and falling apart of each slice. In the centre of the pizza was a big patch of grease.

The rest of the pizza seemed undercooked too. There was no crispiness to the crust. The dip on the side was runny, weak, and tasted off.

As stated, I have had food from here a couple of times now, and each time it gets worse. I have decided that is the last time now, so AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The cheek to offer a £3 refund for the poor service and poor food is insulting!

Tell your friends not to use this...

I usually order from here but past few times I've had the wrong order. And I look at the prices now, they are ridiculous on just eat. 17 quid for a 12 inch. I can get good pizza at an Italian chippy for half the price and its just as good. Shame every food establishment is run down and exhausted with these 3rd party takeaway agents. Just eat, uber and deliveroo should be kept for kebab shops and mcdonalds. I know prices are cheaper elsewhere but its beyond a joke now. Pizza is the one thing that should be inexpensive, it defeats the whole point of it being rustic peasant food. Places like Oro charging nearly 20 quid just for pasta and sauce. Make the same thing at home for less...

If i could i would give these guys 7 stars! Only recently started ordering but wow, the food is amazing. Usually get the BBQ Ribs as a starter and my goodness they are a treat! Meat melts off the bone, sauce is tangy and just sweet enough. Their pasta is well cooked, flavoursome and decent portions. The wife loves the pizzas, again, well cooked, loads of toppings and she even ate the crusts! Delivery is quick and no fuss. Can not recommend Amante pizza highly enough! Also, almost forgot to add, if you order through their site you get 15% off an order, cant ask for much...
