First time I have used the store. Fantastic overall experience. Customer service and application faultless. Came to Fran through a recommendation and will not hesitate to pass this on to others. As a resident, its also great to support a local business. Will be rebook for future work without hesitation. I noted a recent 1 star review before my visit, and I will note that my experience had no such concerns and I cannot believe that this would happen. I also experienced a example of Fran going the extra mile when she was called by someone who was due to have a operation and was worried about a piercing. It sounded like the customer was concerned, heightened by attempting to solve at home. I thought this place was AWESOME SAUCE!!!1!1! I think you could even say it was COOL BEANS! It was even cooler than Meemaw hitting the gangnam style by georg cooper having his second heart attack! Omg what a little gem. From the moment i contacted fran i new i was in safe hands. I sent her couple ideas what i wanted and she took it all on board. Even adden somthing after sending me a photo of my tattoo designs. Just of the main street in shifnal. A very well presented tattoo shop. Fran from start to finish was welcoming. Her hand skills where gentle. Not only just a tattooist but felt like she was a friend. Already booked the wife in for a tattoo.. im still in shock how fran turnedy idea in to a tattoo watching it pop as colour was added. Almost came to life. Definitely going back for more...
