East End Balti — Restaurant in England

We dined here this evening after visiting a number of times previously, tonight a group of 6 of us including children. We were all having a great time initially, talking and laughing; respectfully of others dining. Unfortunately, mid way into our meal, a staff member came over and confronted a member of the group accusing him of humiliating and making jokes about another member of staff. We kindly explained and reassured that this was not the case and greatly apologised that if for any reason they thought that. Unfortunately this member of staff didn’t accept this & continued to stand there confronting us, making us feel extremely uncomfortable. Another member of staff listened to us and apologised for any upset caused, however by this time we were made to feel to leave with unfinished food. The bill was served to us immediately. Went for a curry with a few of the lads, the selection of different Curries was fantastic and were also very accommodating if you wanted to change up how much spice you wanted. Food was absolutely beautiful, they cook a fantastic Dupiaza! Atmosphere was great, the service was extremely accommodating and professional. Moved to telford a year ago and literally had food from here so many times. In the last 6 months I've ordered minimum 2 times a week from here and because I've complained 2 times within 6 months about a curry they sent being way to spicy for my children. They told me yesterday they won't be taking my order anymore and refusing my custom.
