The Kings Yard Micropub opened in May 2021 by Adam who used to be the landlord of The White Hart in Shifnal. The place has already got a reputation for its selection of well kept and interesting real ales and other craft keg ales. BE AWARE last orders at 10:10 for closing at 11:00.

The Kings Yard used to be a small Greek restaurant and Adam has modified the place to have a small internal cellar room and bar . It has five tables downstairs and a further six upstairs .

This great micro pub opened in May 2021, and is easily one of, if not the, best pub in Shifnal.

They offer an interesting range of real and craft ales, along with ciders, wines, spirits and soft drinks.

Initially, this appears to be a typically small micro pub, but the space is doubled thanks to the upstairs room, accessible via a staircase towards the rear of the pub, on the left.

They also stock a great selection of craft beers in cans for consumption on or off the premises.

Standard craft beer bar with a decent selection of beers on tap. Google says they do food, when I got there there was none but they did let me bring food in from the local chippy. It would have been a pleasant enough evening but for the barflies constantly shouting over each other to tell Alexa to play Ocean Colour Scene interrupting whatever is currently playing and some loud casual racism going unchecked by the same culprits.
