5 stars for the lovely lady at the till, as she gave outstanding customer service always there hard at work, doing her best to satisfy the customers. From the moment I step inside, she greets me with a warm and friendly smile that set the tone for the entire visits

Her efficiently and attention to detail are truly commendable. Despite rush hours, she’s accurate with the orders and fast. I am impressed by her multi-tasking and quality of service.

Her knowledge of the menu was highly impressive. Doing everything at the front such as answering calls, taking orders, frying and packing orders. Not only that she interacts with customers to make it pleasant and welcoming experience.

However, the negative comes with other staff. They seem to look miserable and depressed - their customer service is nothing compared to the other lady. I had even often smelt cigarettes coming from the kitchen which is very...

Ordered a beef Chow Mein, was burnt. Could smell that it was burnt as soon as I opened the box. The noodles and bean sprouts/onions were burnt. The beef was tough and even if you managed to chew it, it would take ages to chew.

Chips were hard and burnt. A member of my family went In there a few days ago and ordered chips, the person at the counter said “they’re a bit burnt, is that ok?” If I were the person at the counter I wouldn’t even be offering burnt chips, I’d be instantly remaking them.

Ordered an omelette and chips too, my family member who ordered it soon had a bad stomach after and felt rough. I also feel rough after eating my beef Chow Mein.

Another family member of mine ordered the chilli mix box and it tasted bland.

A little gem of fast food in the heart of Sodbury town, with a wide and varied menu of both Chinese and English dishes. My particular favourite is Salt and Pepper Chicken, which isn't even on the menu but the staff are happy to cook for me. The lady serving on the counter is lovely and, despite working flat out, is always eager to please and happy to chat to us. She makes us feel very welcome each time we go in. Prices are reasonable for the cuisine type too - and they have recently started accepting card payments again, which makes things a lot easier. Definitely happy...
