Crispy fish and chips — Local services in Great Britain

Customer service is appalling, I rang up to order a plain base 16 inch pizza as my partner is allergic to tomatoes. I received the pizza but it wasn't plain at all. I rang them up and the person I spoke to had an attitude which was disgusting he said "I didn't know what I was talking to. I can't cook a pizza without tomato on there" and sent out a tomato base pizza knowing he was severe allergic to tomatoes. He was shouting and screaming at me which is really bad Customer service. I wouldn't recommend this takeaway as their attitude towards their customers is disgusting and vile, the only decent person was the delivery driver who couldnt be more apologetic. I ordered here for the first time and spent £15, thinking I’d get a decent deal. But while I was waiting, I saw the cashier give the exact same order to another customer for less money. It was clearly the same items, yet I was charged more.

This is extremely disappointing and feels unfair — especially for a first-time customer. If prices vary like that depending on who you are or who’s taking the order, that’s not right. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Tried this place for the first time. Tried the fish but fish was rotten and vile… i called to explain and the owner offered me a replacement for free, i said i will next week as i dont fancy it anymore and left my details. Turned up a week later.. i explained the situation before ordering and yes they remembered my call soo i said can i have a free portion of chips instead of a fish they said ok but i was still charged again.
