Normally I order food from here and its really good and this time when we ordered 2 x flameo special burger the chicken was uncooked and I rang them to tell them that they said to bring it there, bearing in mind to drove 3 miles to his place again to only see the shop to be closed. This is so bad 👎 and I am so angry that's how they treat customers. I have attached a picture and I shall be reporting to the local authority too. Normally I don't complain about food or cry about the issues in food, but this is another level..

Ordered tarka doner through Uber, no tarka(tarka as we all know is with garlic and spices), no salad no sauce just some half cooked onions, food turned up piping hot from microwave so hot that the naan turned into a popadom, already made a complaint to Uber. I don't even want to rate it 1 star but that's the lowest I can rate i don't know how microwaved food is getting 4,5 stars.would never order from this place again

What if i had an allergy to lemons???

Food basic quality for a takeaway nothing more or less orders have come late multiple times and the latest time I have waited almost an hour asked for an update to hear it’s not coming and it never will not that they’re sorry or will get a new driver hung up immediately after telling me to get a refund waste my time continually when I’ve given them plenty of time to tell me and I had to find out myself, one of the biggest issues when working a lot is time and sometimes I just want to eat when I get home than spend time cooking after a twelve hour shift places like this just make my life harder for no good reason if you can not deliver do not try and let me know before I have been waiting by my bed for...

We came in to inn The food was amazing the chicken curry fresh and roti salad was OK...

But it was really cold in the shop. We asked for the heating to be on it came on and off and when I asked about it the young boy replied "is it not cold yet" I found it hilarious but due to health I need to be in the warmth

I think customers should be prioritised I bought a friend from Birmingham to sit in the cold .

Thing the shop it self fails the resturant as the chefs food was amazing that's a credit to them .

The shop needs updating and food stick needs clearing there was boxes everywhere and as for health and safety this a risk to...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. This place provides extremely poor customer service. I did not receive my food and when I expressed this to them and the way I was spoken to was appalling. They did take any accountability and both the men I spoke to raised their voice at me. I have seen many other reviews and it is clear to me that this is what they do. Many people have expressed that after their order is placed they never receive their food. It is clear that this place just want money without delivering the food service. I am beyond shocked with the attitude of the workers. Please do NOT waste your money here they...
