Giulio's Fish And Chip Stop — Local services in Great Britain

Best fish and chips for a while! As we had to grab a quick dinner en route to an event ,we stopped in Giulio's chippie on Dumbarton rs Scotstoun. Now having been brought up with an Italian uncle who had a chip shop and a mother who worked in it all her life, I know a good fish supper. This was amazing. We had a choice and choose the more expensive haddock which was freshly cooked for us. It was gigantic! One between us would have been sufficient and we like our grub! The fishwas so fresh and cooked to perfection. Giulio actually existed ! We had a good chat about haddock( as you do!) . Only comment . Too many chips! We could have fed an army! Anyway the group we were going to see enjoyed stealing our chips because others people's chips are always better but not this time our own fish and chips...

Absolutely shocking service this evening. Ordered 2 food items via just eat. Order arrived- only 1 meal and 2 random rolls. Called them immediately, said they would call their driver & rectify. Waited over an hour still no show for 2nd meal, called them again to which they said they tried to call us 3 times but it went to EE voicemail...we are with vodafone network! Clearly wasn't us you were calling & no missed calls showing on phone. Girl on the phone attitude was stinking, trying to make out it was our fault for not answering the call that WASN'T MADE TO US!!! Can't comment on food yet...been half an hour since making the 2nd phonecall and still no food. First and last time ordering...

Sausage supper-£7.20. I think they used the tinned hot dog sausages. Gave the girl a £10 note then she couldn't workout how much change I was to get, I told her £2.80. I'm sure if I said £5.80 she'd have believed me.. then had the cheek to try and charge 25p for a bag. Will go else where in future, and to top it all got a cheeky answer back from the owner, however according to other reviews my comments about the sausage they use has been commented...
