We've just had our ensuite upgraded by Harrogate Bathrooms. We had a leak somewhere and as we regularly drive passed the show room, decided to make an appointment for an initial chat. We met Mark, he listened to our thoughts and we booked a time for him to come and take a look at our room. He helped us decide on the layout, and guided us through the process of choosing our tiles, shower, furniture etc. The realistic computer programme he used to 'mock up' or vision was amazing. We had Jake from abr_bathrooms come and install everything. He was brilliant and helped us make some improvements to the original design. He also fixed a couple of other things he noticed in our main bathroom. Our finished room is wonderful. It looks exactly as we were shown it would and is a huge improvement to how it used to be. Having spent many uninspired hours visiting showrooms in the area, we found Mark at Harrogate Bathrooms and were warmly welcomed to browse in the amazing showroom and to discuss our project which comprised of a complete refurbishment of the main bathroom and a separate shower room. Mark promptly visited our apartment and literally within 2 days we received the designs and estimates. The level of detail and creativity was so good that we decided on just one minor amendment before going ahead with the project. 5 weeks later we are now enjoying the results of his work. I went to see Steve at Harrogate Bathrooms and I definitely made the right decision. He was friendly and knowledgeable and listened to all of my requirements to come up with a design I really liked. He was really helpful throughout the whole process including both the design and fitting. Alex & Scott, who installed it, were very polite, friendly and respectful of my property. Always turning up on time, constantly checking things with me to ensure I was happy and, most importantly, did an extremely professional job!
