Absolutely shocking service never received our food. My partner went to the take a way to find out what was happening with our order as the phone lines don't work, to be told it was out with the driver but unfortunately the driver had broken down and had been sat there for 15 to 20 minute with no contract to ourselves to let us know what the situation was. He asked them what they were going to do regarding this and was told it was out with the driver nothing they could do. Obviously requested a refund as they wouldn't make us fresh food and could of been sat here for a couple of hours waiting for the poor driver to turn up again not paying for cold food. We did eventually speak to the driver who was lovely really felt sorry for her as the take away wasn't willing to help her instead gave her a number for a taxi to send the food to us and pay the taxi herself. Ordered our food just before 8pm 3 calls to the takeaway to be told 10 mins everytime. Type1 diabetic so time constraint for eating is important. This was told on the third call to the takeaway.. which I think was totally ignored. Food finally turned up at 10.15.. all full of sugar.. Hot and sour soup should be renamed sweet and hot..the salt and chilli starter.. should be salty sweet...so much sugar taste on the food that the diabetic couldn't eat it. What a waste of £49 on a Tuesday night as well.. you'd expect dominos to be busy with their 2 for Tuesday offers. We order a lot from this takeaway....

This takeaway is appalling, the customer service is outrageous. The guy who I spoke to on the phone was rude and arrogant, telling me that the food in front of me was cooked when it wasn’t, the chicken had fat inside it, was pink and he was constantly telling me I was wrong. He then proceeded to tell that I wouldn’t get a refund because it was cooked! Will never ever be ordering from this takeaway again, clearly don’t check the inside of their food before they cook it and before they send it out!
