I wish I could eat the whole shop however being on my third diet of the week decided on a small selection of cherry Bakewell, iced finger, a superb looking lemon meringue cheesecake pork pie and beef pie. Quite a lot you may think not if eaten one at a time. I have to say I cannot get here as often as I would like but have been going since the 1990s when my wife used to purchase their mini pies for her buffets at the Raikes. Read moreOne of my favorite bakery in Blackpool, i seem to visit it every time i am down church street, I tend to buy fresh sandwiches and strawberry tarts there, it's a popular with motorists as you can park outside and pedestrians as well. It's tiny inside but we'll furnished. The staff are friendly and helpful. Read moreI have memories of Lainés Bakery from a very young age. My Nanna would take me for a custard slice to eat whilst she had her hair done, this would keep me quiet for the whole trip as they were ginormous and still are!
I’ve tried all sorts from here over the years and have never had a bad item. My family love the sausage rolls and lemon meringue pies especially.
